Hello everyone!
To better serve Menlo College's computer user environment, the helpdesk will now offer its online service. Computer users can find the link to this service on http://c4.menlo.edu, then chick on helpdesk. If anyone needs help navigating or finding this link please call ex. 3830 for help.
This service will be monitored daily from the server room and data may be used to better identify problem areas, upgrade systems and track viruses or regions where a virus may attack. Users are encouraged to use this service for help on a daily basis for problems such as printing, network access, software and hardware problems. If your computer cannot access this service due to a problem, please call the help line. Users of data base interface such as ABT, may call the help line for prompt service.
Again this data will be an added value to Menlo College and its user community. We also encourage all computer related problems be channeled through this service instead of the "I told them method." Users may seek advise from the helpdesk staff but for service we must receive an online request. Thank you for understanding!
